To cap off my travels this semester, I spent 12 days in Japan, which is the country I’ve wanted to go to most for the majority of my life. I cannot begin to explain how much the trip meant to me, nor do I have the time to detail everything I did there, but here are some of the highlights.
While Asia is home to many of its own restaurant chains, many American ones are also popular here. Some offerings are perfect copies of American versions, but many chains spice up the options based on their markets. This article is all about American fast foods and their Asian twists.
This week capped off my first week of classes at HKBU, and I also did some more sightseeing in my spare time. It’s been a busy week, but I’ll do my best to fill you in.
